Offer Pre-Convention Online Classes?

I was just introduced to an open source CMS (Course Management System) called Moodle. Basically it is a way to offer online classes, and offers a LOT of options including courses, forums, embedded videos, and lots more.

Because we are trying to attract new people, it seems like a good idea to provide information that can help them come up to speed to make the most of their time at the convention. This might be a good place to provide information useful to people planning on attending the SW convention.

In the downloads section, they also have a windows version that includes everything necessary to run it on your own PC. I don't remember if MAC software is available.
